This charming 17th century hotel stands in front of historic Middleham castle childhood home of Richard III, at the centre
of one of
the Yorkshire dales most attractive towns.

Situated in the middle of the market square, this gives are guests a perfect opportunity to see some of the five hundred race
horses that are trained in and around Middleham on their way up to the gallops. There are 16 racing yards covering both flat
and national hunt and some of the country’s top jockeys can sometimes been seen riding out  early in the morning.

In the cooler months a log burning stove adds to the cosy warmth of bar along with racing UK on the television,
pool table and Wi-Fi are available for your enjoyment.
